An Assumption of Risk and Release and Indemnification Agreement must

be signed by all participants or by a parent or guardian for those

participants under the age of 18. A photo identification card will be

issued which has no expiration.

Please enter players names on the Team Registration and bring with you when bringing your team in for the first time. Or you may email your information and team roster to us and we will complete the form for you. Please call and notify us if you plan on emailing the form.

Monthly Hitting Pass

Pass is good for 15 or 30 minutes of hitting daily.

$90.00 for 15 Minute Pass

$150.00 for 30 Minute Pass

Due to cancellations/no shows without adequate notification, we must regretfully put into place a cancellation policy.  Cancellations must be made by phone 24 hours prior to appointment time to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee and/or the required pre-payment of next appointment. Cancellation fee is due prior to scheduling of next appointment.
