Sara offers Hitting and Catching Instruction at Corona Cages

Sara is a local girl.  At the beginning of her softball career she played 3 seasons for Norco Girls Softball League and 1 year on the Norco All Stars. From there she went on to catch for the Norco Filly's, as well as Riverside Dynasty and American Pastime Gold, attending a National Tournament every season. 

Sara played on the Norco High School Varsity Softball team from 2000-2004, where she also played catcher.  Sara competed in CIF playoffs each season, and in 2003 the team won the CIF Championship.

Out of high school Sara attended Mt. SAC, where she earned the starting catching position. While at Mt. SAC the softball team was the South Atlantic Conference Champs in 2005 and 2006.  In 2005 the team won the State Championship and again were in the finals in 2006 where they were the runners up. Sara was named to the All Conference Team in both 2005 and 2006. During her freshman season, Sara was recruited by Ohio State, Georgia State, San Francisco State, and San Jose State.

Sara finished her collegiate career at Cal State San Bernardino as team captain and catcher for the 2008 season. She helped lead her team to the Conference and Regional Tournaments, making it farther than the Cal State San Bernardino softball program has ever made it.
